Since our inception in 2001, we have developed a valued peer support network for providers of professional development services across the creative sector.
Our purpose is to develop an open community with:

- a commitment to knowledge sharing to support best practice
Our vision is of an arts sector in which professional development is understood, resourced, respected, and fully accessible for all.
